Terms of Service

Great Spots is pre-launch. These short terms cover the founding deposit and sign-ups ahead of our September launch in Sydney, Australia.

The founding deposit

The A$99 deposit reserves a founding venue spot and locks the founding rate of A$399/month. It is credited in full against your first month’s subscription at launch, and it is fully refundable at any time before launch on request — email hello@great-spots.com or reply to your confirmation email. If we do not launch in your area in September, we will refund your deposit in full without you needing to ask.

Subscriptions

The monthly service is month-to-month with no lock-in contract. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. Payments are processed by Stripe in Australian dollars.

Creators

Joining as a creator is free. Creators share their honest opinions — we don’t script or require positive coverage, and creators must follow Australian advertising disclosure rules for gifted meals.

The obvious bits

We’ll always act in good faith and we expect the same. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
