Great Spots (great-spots.com) is a Sydney-based service connecting local venues with local food creators. This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

When you join a waitlist or reserve a founding spot, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, venue or social media details, and suburb. Forms are processed by Tally and stored in Google Sheets. Deposits are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how people use this site (pages viewed, buttons clicked). This helps us make the site clearer. We don’t sell or share your data with anyone for advertising.

How we use it

To contact you about your reservation or sign-up, to plan our launch, and to run this service. That’s it.
