What is Great Spots?
We connect Sydney restaurants and cafés with local food creators who visit, eat, and post about the experience on TikTok and Instagram. Venues get a steady stream of authentic local content; locals discover their next favourite spot.
When do you launch?
September, across greater Sydney. Founding venues are being onboarded now, and creator visits begin from launch.
What does the A$99 deposit actually do?
It reserves one of the limited founding spots in your neighbourhood and locks the A$399/month founding rate. The deposit is credited in full to your first month — and it's fully refundable any time before launch. Just reply to your confirmation email and we'll return it, no questions asked.
What if you don't launch in my area?
Full refund, immediately. We'll only keep deposits for neighbourhoods we can genuinely serve in September.
What kinds of venues is this for?
Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and bars that serve food — anywhere in greater Sydney that wants more locals walking through the door.
Do I need to do anything?
Serve the creator like any other customer — that's it. We arrange the visits over text, brief the creators, and follow up on the posts. If there's something you want featured (a new menu, an event, your quiet Tuesdays), just text us.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. No lock-in, no cancellation fee. Before launch, cancelling also refunds your deposit in full.
Why should I trust a company that hasn't launched yet?
Fair question — you shouldn't have to take our word for anything. That's exactly why the deposit is fully refundable until launch and credited to your first month after it: the risk sits with us, not you. We're Sydney locals building this openly, and we'd rather earn trust than claim it.
